When displaying trees indoors, avoid placing them too close to a fire or radiator, as this will cause excessive moisture loss and needle drop.
Prepping & Watering
To display your new tree indoors, you should saw about an inch off the bottom and place it into a base with a well of water. Christmas trees can drink a lot of water so it's a good idea to check and refill daily.
Cut Trees Time Indoors
Make sure to keep cut trees in a cool room and bring them indoors as late as possible as they should only be indoors for only around 12 days.
Potted Trees Time Indoors
Your potted tree, when looked after, should be ok indoors for at least four weeks, afterwards you can plant it outside ready for next year!

Potted trees can live for a few years, but cut trees are better for ongoing cultivation.
