Yes, our stores are all open on bank holidays with the exceptions of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Easter Sunday. To see what time your nearest store is open please use our store finder.

The most likely answer to this question is that it is not on the website. Unfortunately due to the vast range of products we stock as a company we simply cannot stock every item we have in our stores on our website. We are constantly working on improving the range of products available, however this is a slow process. Furthermore, there are some items that due to delivery and/or legal restrictions we cannot currently sell over the internet, these items include; fashions, footwear, paint, fireworks, gift vouchers, knives, groceries, chilled & frozen foods, alcohol and exceptionally large/heavy items such as furniture.

Assuming it is a product we already stock in store it may be possible for us to add a product to our website so you can order one, however this largely depends on the product itself.

If you would like us to investigate this for you then please contact us using the contact form below giving us as much information as possible about the product, ideally the barcode. However if you live locally it would most likely be easier to visit your nearest store.

Good news, the amount of stock displayed is normally the minimum amount available. In most cases we have more stock either in our warehouse or in one or more of our stores.

The fashion & footwear pages on our website are only brochure pages to show a taste of what's available in our Wroxham department store and currently there are no fashion or footwear products available to buy on our website.

Job vacancies are listed on our careers page. These vacancies are updated weekly.

Unfortunately gift vouchers are not currently available to buy online because we do not currently have a secure method of sending them. This is something we are currently looking into for the future.

No, we cannot take payments over the telephone. We do not offer this because we are unable to guarantee it as a secure payment method, protecting customers against fraud and remaining PCI DSS (Payment card Industry Data Security Standards) compliant.
