Are all dogs welcome?
All legal breeds of dogs are welcome to attend provided they are well behaved during the visit. Dogs that become disruptive or aggressive to other dogs or people may be asked to leave.
Does my dog need to be kept on a lead?
All dogs will need to be on a lead while on site, including while queueing for Santa Paws. Once inside with Santa and the door has been closed, dogs may be let off their lead at the owners discretion, if they feel their dog will behave while off the lead.
Will I need to queue?
The time queueing will be very minimal, you may need to wait for a few minutes to visit Santa. To keep queuing down to the smallest amount of time we advise that you only queue at the time of your slot and no earlier. Please be mindful that your dog will be aorund other dogs while queueing.
Can I bring my child to Santa Paws?
Santa is excited to see the whole family! However, this event is designed specifically for your furry friends, and only they will receive a gift. If you'd like your child to visit Santa as well, we recommend booking the Santa's Grotto event, where your family can enjoy the enchanting walkthrough followed by a visit to Santa's Grotto
Will we get to visit Santa's Grotto?
The Santa Paws event does not include access to the Grotto walkthrough. However, you'll still have a magical time visiting Santa’s special doggy grotto made just for your pup!
How many people can accompany my dog into the grotto to see Santa?
Up to 4 people are welcome to join your dog for their visit to Santa's grotto, making it a fun, family-friendly experience.
Can I take photos?
Absolutely! Feel free to snap as many photos as you like of your pup and Santa. And if you share them on social media, don’t forget to tag us—we love seeing those wagging tails in action!
Event Refunds, Cancellations & Booking Amendments

Customer cancellations or amendments

To cancel or amend a booking, email [email protected]. Requests must be received at least 72 working hours before the event start time. Requests with less than 72 working hours’ notice will not be eligible for refunds or amendments.

  • All requests must be made by the original booker using the same email address as the booking.
  • Amendments are subject to availability. Making a booking for one date/time does not guarantee entitlement to another date/time.
  • We are not responsible for consequential loss if availability changes while we assess your request.
  • Assessments may take up to 72 working hours. If the event date passes while we assess your request, no refund will be issued.

Event issues & feedback

If a ticketed event is unsatisfactory, provide feedback within 7 days of the event to [email protected]. Refunds after the event are at our sole discretion.

Event cancellations by Roys

If we cancel an event we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and will, where applicable, advise of rescheduled dates/times (subject to availability) or similar events. If you cannot attend a rescheduled or similar event, we will provide a full refund.

Other refund conditions

  • Refunds or compensation are not available for disruption caused by circumstances beyond our control.
  • If you are refused entry (for example, due to late arrival) refunds are at our discretion.
  • If you are unable to attend an event you are not entitled to a refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days.
