Customer cancellations or amendments
To cancel or amend a booking, email [email protected]. Requests must be received at least 72 working hours before the event start time. Requests with less than 72 working hours’ notice will not be eligible for refunds or amendments.
- All requests must be made by the original booker using the same email address as the booking.
- Amendments are subject to availability. Making a booking for one date/time does not guarantee entitlement to another date/time.
- We are not responsible for consequential loss if availability changes while we assess your request.
- Assessments may take up to 72 working hours. If the event date passes while we assess your request, no refund will be issued.
Event issues & feedback
If a ticketed event is unsatisfactory, provide feedback within 7 days of the event to [email protected]. Refunds after the event are at our sole discretion.
Event cancellations by Roys
If we cancel an event we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and will, where applicable, advise of rescheduled dates/times (subject to availability) or similar events. If you cannot attend a rescheduled or similar event, we will provide a full refund.
Other refund conditions
- Refunds or compensation are not available for disruption caused by circumstances beyond our control.
- If you are refused entry (for example, due to late arrival) refunds are at our discretion.
- If you are unable to attend an event you are not entitled to a refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days.
