Using a multi staged filtration process, the BioMaster works hard to keep the tank water clean and healthy by putting it through a combination of mechanical and biological filtration to produce the required clean water.
Each BioMaster has a Pre Filter module that not only is the vital starting point in the filtration process, but can also be easily removed from the filter canister for easiler cleaning without pulling apart the rest of the filter. The Pre Filter section is full of high grade Pre-filter foams, positioned to catch the vital debris as the water passes through and giving optimal mechanical filtration and a longer service life of the biological media.
More filter foams are positioned above a base of Biological Hel X media, completing an advanced and thorough cleaning process. Hel X is highly effective as it uses increased settlement area, up to 13% extra, and allowing a greater amount of bacteria to be contained, giving a more rapid breakdown of debris and particles in the water. The result: clean, crystal clear and ultimately healthy water.
But the BioMaster has more to offer as an aquarium filter. The Filter itself has a practical vent section at the top of the unit, allowing for fast and easy start up when installing and after cleaning. An automated shut off and safety locking mechanism prevents undesired water escaping when the pre filter is removed or when cleaning. The front of the filter has a conveniently placed flow control lever, giving you instant and easy access.
The BioMaster is a complete, effective and practical filter. The BioMaster can also be retrofitted with a HeatUp Heater.

Standard delivery is normally delivered in up to 3 working days, Monday - Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays & Public Holidays) for online orders received before 1pm. Orders received after 1pm may still be processed that day and delivered within 3 working days but in most instances will not be processed until the next working day and then delivered within 3 working days from then. This time frame is a guide and unfortunately not always achiavable.

Large & heavy Items
Some larger, heavy or bulky items may not be eligible for our standard delivery and may take take longer to process - This includes examples such as but not limited to pools, furniture, and large garden products.
In store purchases
Products purchased in store are not eligible for our standard online delivery services and are not free if £39.99 or over. Availability of, and prices for delivery of in store purchases will vary depending on the items purchased and store purchased from. Delivery for items purchased in store is also limited to the local area of the store the item is purchased from and these items are not eligible for delivery to Northern Scotland, Highlands & Isles delivery zones.
A member of staff in store will be able to advise on the availability, price and timescale of delivery for items purchased in store.
14 days to change your mind
Within the first 14 days of your item being delivered you may decide to return it to us for any reason. If you do we will refund the cost of the item and your initial delivery charge.
Some items are excluded from this policy, and any item returned must be in a resalable condition.
Faulty items
If you discover your product to be faulty within the first 30 days of purchase, please contact us and we will be able to arrange the return of your parcel, for a full refund of your purchase cost, including initial postage price. If you send the product back to us, we will also cover the cost of your return postage to the value of £10.
